Please note

We do not accept cash payments unless prior arrangements have been made. A cash deposit of $500.00 on top your accommodation cost will be required for any damages, loss or extraordinary cleaning caused by you, during your stay. Please refer to our guest rules.

  • We do not accept American Express Cards.
  • A surcharge applies to all card payments.
  • When you book a room using a card, you automatically authorise us to charge your payment card up to $500.00 on top of your accommodation cost for any damages, loss or extraordinary cleaning caused by you, during your stay. Please refer to our guest rules.
  • Upon check-in we require the following from you:
  1. The card you made your payment with
  2. Photo identification, such as your driver's licence
  3. Your vehicle details, such as your registration number
Check In/Check Out

Check in time is from 2pm until 8pm. 

Check out is 10am.

Late 11am check out may be possible upon request subject to availability.

Refund Policy

All room bookings are refundable* throughout the year, upon providing us with no less than 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled arrival date EXCEPT:

  • On Public Holidays, Victorian School Holidays and Easter which are not refundable within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date

* Please note that administration and bank/card related charges apply for any cancellations.
